Bevelyn Beatty doesn’t waste words, and doesn’t waste time. She has become, in the words of Milo Yiannopoulos, a folk hero. She made a literal splash in July when she took to the streets of New York in front of Trump Tower to cover over—with pails of black paint—the Black Lives Matter graffiti (or mural if you think orange block letters are artistic somehow) authorized by Mayor Bill de Blasio.
Indeed, Bevelyn is on a mission, and won’t be silenced. The attractive black evangelist did the paint removal action again in Brooklyn, and again in Harlem. Grace and courage.
